How Buffalo Snow Service Works

1. Book a service

Select what you need cleaned. Add salt, priority, or tip if you want. Service runs Sat–Sun, 7am–1pm.

2. After booking

You will receive a Booking ID. Save or screenshot it. This ID is used to track your job and submit payment.

3. Payments

Payment is required after booking. Send payment via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo with your Booking ID in the note. Upload a screenshot before the timer ends.

4. Job status

Booked means we received your request. On the way means help is coming. On it means work has started. Done means service is complete.

5. Track your job

Enter your Booking ID on the homepage to view job status, payment requirements, and upload proof.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel before payment. Once payment is sent and service starts, cancellations are not available.
